Bobby Cutts, Jr.

Bobby Cutts, Jr. (born May 21, 1977) is charged with murdering Jessie Davis, 26, a pregnant woman who disappeared on June 13, 2007. He is also charged with murdering Davis' unborn child. Cutts, a police officer who lives in Canton, Ohio, is the father of Davis' young son.

Murder Charges

Cutts had been questioned early in the disappearance of Davis, but police never named him as a suspect. But on June 23, when the body of a woman was found buried in or near Cuyahoga Valley National Park in Summit County, Ohio, police that day charged Cutts with two counts of murder: one for the killing of Davis, and one for her unborn child.

Relationship with Davis

Cutts is the father of Davis' child, but the two are not married at the same time Cutts was married to another women and was going through divorce, Police have said Cutts was likely the father of Davis' unborn child.
