Mind Quiz is a Nintendo DS and PSP videogame, very similar in fashion to fellow Nintendo DS title Brain Age: Train Your Brain in Minutes a Day!, as both are based on the book; Train Your Brain: 60 Days To A Better Brain by Prof. Ryūta Kawashima.

The gameplay is restricted to button pressing as opposed to the DS counterpart.

On June 30, 2007, Ubisoft announced that they were going to cease selling the game any longer and take it off of shelves, due to the game including a word that is offensive to those with disabilities.[1]
