Evidence

Both were originally created by User:Passionate Kisses Guy, also determined to be a sockpuppet of MascotGuy. I had seen it originally in the user creation log (these were created at 3:04 and 3:05, in Wikipedia's own time zone, on July 24, 2007).

Comments

He had also created three others directly before these two, just to make note, User:Chasing Cars Guy, User:Dog-Out Guy, and User:Turning Point Guy, all with the same things as above. (These were already suspected, though I just thought it'd be good to make note of it.)
