Yulee, Florida had a high school from the 1930's to 1965. However, with the rapid expansion of Fernandina Beach, Yulee had to close down its high school. In 2006, after 41 years, Yulee High School has reopened its doors to students. Their mascot is the hornet.

Yulee High's class of 2007 had a 71% graduation rate, with 23% of those graduating with honors.
