Rich Cronin

Rich Cronin (born Richard Burton Cronin, on August 30, 1975) is a singer and song writer from Orlando, Florida (originally from Kingston, Massachusetts and a graduate of Sacred Heart High School). He was part of the pop trio LFO. He wrote the song Summer Girls in 1999, which hit No.3 on Billboard's Hot 100, and No.1 on the Billboard Hot 100 Single Sales chart for six weeks. The single also went Platinum in the US for sales of over 1,000,000 units. Rich is of Irish, English, and Swedish descent.[1]

In March 2005, Rich was diagnosed with leukemia. He since got treatment and is still alive. although his musical career has passed on.
