Marcin Wasilewski (born June 9, 1980 in Kraków) is a Polish defender who plays for RSC Anderlecht and the Polish national football team. Previously he played for Lech Poznań. Wasilewski is a tough, no nonsense right back who enjoys runs down the line. For a defensive player Wasileski's goal record is quite impressive. This is mostly due to his great ability to score with his head.
