tauharais a suberb of Taupo It lies just nourth of Hilltop and east of Mountview

Tauhara was probible named after mt Tauhara which lies just west of tauhara

Tauhara is the home of Tauhara primary school and Tauhara Golf course

Taupo suberbs Wharewaka, Nukuhau, Richmond Heights, Mount View, Acacia Bay, Rainbow Point,Tauhara, Hilltop, Gradwell Wairakei and Waitahanui.
