Jeff Pence (Songwriter/Producer/Musician)(b.1961) in Cincinnati, Ohio co-founded the Pop Group Blessid Union Of Souls with lead singer Eliot Sloan. Although not part of the group, Emosia (Matt Senatore) had a major role in the groups start, as did Mark Liggett the manager.
