Hi,

Wikipedia is absolutely the most impressive thing I've come across for a long time - I was extremely inspired by the talk I witnessed in late August '06 in Melbourne (put on by the Churchiill Club) by Angela Beesley outlining all the rationally thought out detailed processes that make Wikipedia and Wikia (a commercial extension of wiki technologies) function..

I run a social club in Melbourne - http://www.danwk.com and my background is in educational video production - http://www.appleseed.com.au .

After much research and self-debate I have just joined a new movement founded on the Gaia One Earth principle - http://www.changingthedream.org.au - it's basic principles are threefold: 1. Environmental Sustainability ; 2. Social Justice and 3. Spiritual Fulfillment : pretty much motherhood principles which virtually everyone endorses - but it's important to articulate them out loud.... to which I would like to add (on the Foreign Affairs platform) ODFFW - One Democratic Free and Fair World! (or ODW if you insist on only TLAs - Three Letter Acronyms)
