Marianne Murciano co-hosted a well received morning program called "Fox thing in the morning" on Chicago's Fox affiliate from 1993-97, with husband, Bob Sirott. The show was unceremoniously canned, much like Carlton Fisk's treatment by the White Sox upon retirement, however, a Harley- Davidson was not given to the couple upon leaving. The couple met on the station, and, in typical work romance fashion, except that this one was on the air, rather than the coffee break room. Murciano has done some co-interviews with Sirott for Chicago Tonight, and is still happily married to the same.
