Panorama etc
Thanks for the warning. I deleted the two exact copies of the original article he made. Only because of the (IMO) copyvio not per the topic of the article. I have no opinion about that actually. Garion96 (talk) 20:34, 20 September 2007 (UTC)
PanoTools
I don't know what laws you have in your country but where I come from your don't steal the identity of others and you don't use open source software in commercial products. You keep breaking international law and your going to find yourself in court. My advice to you is to lay low and make your source to Pano2QTVR available per GPL rules when you created the software. I can't believe the NG group put so much trust in a totally irresponsible person. John Spikowski 17:10, 23 September 2007 (UTC)
- Please stop your personal attacks and blackmailing as you may know Defamation is also illegal. I have no idea why you think that I have violated the GPL because I never distributed PanoTools nor did I use code of it. In fact I contributed several 100 lines of code as you can see on the PanoTools change logs. Maybe you should start blackmailing Helmut Dersch because he has use your "copyrighted name" 3 years before you. As this all repeats itself over and over again (see Talk:Panorama_Tools/Archive_1) its getting really boring. --Wuz 17:27, 23 September 2007 (UTC)
- That's bull Thomas and you know you used Panorama Tools source in your offering. You have two pages on your site slandering me and the PanoTools group. I have asked over a year to remove them. The name PanoTools wasn't a common term till I setup the PanoTools group in Feb. 2003. Helmut never declared PanoTools as an alternate name to his software. You stole our group domain name and identity to start you splinter NG group. If you were in this country, I would already have you in court over the matter. John Spikowski 17:43, 23 September 2007 (UTC)
- As always you have no prove for your claims, instead you always bring the same arguments that are covered in length at the PanoTools debunk page. Please read also WP:NLT and stop your blackmailings and personal attacks. --Wuz 17:55, 23 September 2007 (UTC)

- You and your management team has slander me and the group I manage for over a year. When you remove the slander and lies from your web site and change the name of your group to something other the PanoTools, I will let this go. Until then, I will defend our group name and identity. From your web site
* Independent Stitcher, if the pano12.dll can't be found. This also allows thumbnail stitching from cubefaces in one run without temp images in better quality * Memory leak in the code for assembling cubefaces with panotools fixed
I mirrored your site a while back had have tons of references to using pano12 in your software. Sooner or later your lies and misinformation will catch up with you. John Spikowski 18:37, 23 September 2007 (UTC)
- I know my website so what are your trying to prove? Yes, the dynamic loading for pano12 is supported and it's not mandatory to use it nor is pano12 distributed with the software. This is fine with Helmut Dersch as I spoke to him in person. He is the only person who would have the right to complain, so stop slander and blackmailing me. --Wuz 19:16, 23 September 2007 (UTC)
Remove the slander and lies from your website and stop using our group identity would be a good step in the right direction. Why should Helmut make special allowances for your misuse of his software and demand others to abide by the license terms. Why don't you create something using your own skills rather then taking the hard work of others and calling it your own? John Spikowski 19:26, 23 September 2007 (UTC)
- The best thing would be to ask Helmut why he changed the license to the LGPL. Anyway Wikipedia this is not a forum, you are constantly repeating yourself which is getting boring and you can find all the answers to your claims on the PanoTools debunk page. --Wuz 19:39, 23 September 2007 (UTC)
Don't make me laugh. You get your lead wiki editor (Erik) to create a document of out right lies and distortions of the truth and try to pass it off facts. Next time find someone that English is their primary language to create your propaganda. John Spikowski 19:56, 23 September 2007 (UTC)
