WSP Group PLC is a British based multinational company providing management, engineering and consultancy services for the construction industry. It has about 6000 employees and had a 2005 revenue of £349 million (~$690 million). It has over 100 offices worldwide, though 80% of its revenue comes from the UK and Scandinavia.
History
WSP was established in 1969. It was listed on the London Stock Exchange in 1987. In 2000, they acquired both Cantor Seinuk and Flack + Kurtz Consulting Engineers in the USA dramatically increasing their size.
