Beachlands is a small town situated east of Auckland in New Zealand.

It is within a few kilometers of the town of Maraetai and the two areas have a combined population of around 4422 people (2001 Census). It is a popular location for holiday homes, known locally as baches, and features a golf course and a marina.

Beachlands has some shops which consist of two dairies, two hairdressers, one butchers, three takeaways, one movie rental store, a café, a doctor's and pharmacy. It has a primary school and kindergarten.
