Riverdale Elementary School (Tennessee)

Riverdale Elementary School is a small school in Germantown, Tennessee, and is in the Shelby County School district. The principal is David Carlisle, with assistant principals Veronica Norfleet Joseph Bond, formerly a fifth grade teacher at the same school. This school has classrooms for children grades Kindergarten-8th, the last of its kind, whereas all other SCS schools have either moved to K-5 or 6-8(now classified as Middle or Junior High). Most of Riverdale's students are bound for Germantown High School. Alternatively, some children head for local private high schools.
