Dupont Circle is a landmark location in the city of Washington, D.C. Located officially at the intersections of Connecticut Ave. NW and P St. NW, the term "Dupont Circle" generally refers to a wide section of downtown Washington, D.C. that houses many hip coffee houses, gay bars and retail stores. The area is comperable to that of Greenich Village in New York City.
