hotel, hospital, neither?

This article cites an article to credit the notion that these painting were painted from a hotel room. That website/article does not seem to provide any indication that these were painted from that hotel or any. Additionally, the main article describes the paintings as being from a hospital room perspective and alludes to evidence being published in support however does not provide a direct citation. If nothing else there is a descrepancy between the two articles and both need better citations - it seems likely that the hotel was mentioned to obtain publicity.
