PRODDUTURU

Prodduturu Village is the One and only " REDDY"-dominated village in the Krishna district located in Andhra Pradesh, India.
It is 20 kilometers away from Vijayawada City and 4 kilometers from Kankipadu (Mandal HQ).
In former times the people of this district made their living primarily through agriculture, and now
many are involved in real estate.
The village has facilities like primary and secondary schools, a health center, a postoffice, panchayat office, a water tank and bus service from Vijayawada.
The village features three temples, one of Lord Siva and two of Lord Rama.
Some well known family names in Prodduturu village include: Botta, Bhimavarapu, Alla, Tamma, Donti Reddy ,Kattukolu, yarlagadda,Eda.
It has so many S/W engg when compared to all the other villages.It is regarded as the best village in the surrounding places.even the people are more powerful than any of the surrounding villages.it is best in gully cricket played by most of youth in the village.
