Genesis 1970-1975 is a forthcoming boxed set of five studio albums by progressive rock band Genesis. No word on when it will be released. It will be released by EMI internationally and Atlantic Records in North America. The set will feature albums from the Peter Gabriel era in newly remixed versions: Trespass, Nursery Cryme, Foxtrot, Selling England by the Pound, and The Lamb Lies Down on Broadway. Each album will have an associated DVD featuring audio versions of the albums, photo galleries and interviews. Other bonus material has yet to be announced or confirmed by the record companies. The total number of discs cannot be predicted, because although The Lamb Lies Down on Broadway is usually released as a 2-CD set, there's no word on whether there will also be two DVD discs, or whether the Dolby Digital and dts sountracks for the entire double album might fit on a single DVD. If this box follows the design of the previous sets, a bonus disc of B-Sides and other bonus material should be included, most likely including the contents of the much-anticipated "Jackson" tape.
