Project Specifications

A stock trading system is an online system, where users or clients can buy or sell share or scrip’s based on their choices. The stock represent accompany listed on an exchange trading system. at any point of time a stock is traded (i.e. buy or sell) on an exchange and someone buys it and another party sells it. General Description

For our present pilot case we will consider a simple web based system. The system will have the flexibility of manipulation such as adding, deleting users and assigning permission (like how many stock or margin/day is allowed) to user group and this can be done with proper authentication as Admin user or group.Check thisProject rerence Flexibility of buying and selling a stock at any time (this will be a simple kind of set up like for e.g.: if user A chooses to buy stock X then another user B must sell stock X right now. we are not considering stock price to be a factor for successful transaction) so as to complete the trade).

A user can register himself/herself with system .if admin has approved, then only the register user will became as valid user. Admin can add required stocks in the system with stock quote and description


Future Enhancement

Online price criteria for complete transaction (buy/sell) for any stock. One completion of transaction, system will generate automatic mail to associated parties. User can add/modify a place transaction. User can view the whole transaction history on a day/week/year/chosen date /time bound range specifications. Admin can view overall report based on stock/price –range/date-range etc. Admin will assign a price –limit to each users/group and the user can not carryout transactions more than the assigned amounts
