The Russian American Cultural Center has cited Aron Zinshtein as an important contemporary Russian artist. His credentials also make clear his important position in Russian art today.

Having done a quick Google for the name there are a few mentions of him in credible-looking sources, so he may well be notable enough for inclusion, but you will need to cite relevant sources. I don't think it's a blatant case for speedy deletion, so I've granted it a stay of execution, but this article will need work & addition of sources to prevent the possibility of deletion in future. The gatekeepers of Wikipedia should be aware of how arbitrary the gate keeping of the artworld can be -- i.e. it's more like the promotion of a new breakfast cereal than like the recognition that follows a contribution to microbiology. Anyone wanting to explore post-Soviet Russian painting will appreciate finding the work of Aron Zinshtein. That's why Wikipedia should include him.Mountshang 12:31, 23 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The problem is that the translation of the last name is wrong. It shall be Zinstein, not Zinshtein.
