I currently am contimplating and mentally creating a chat page on wikipedia, that is very much similar, if not identical to a forum. I would like advice and feedback on this, though, so please do not hesitate responding to me on my talk page, regarding this matter or any other.

Contorversial Debates on Wikipedia:

I realize that when a contorversial issue is examined and analyzed, then lastly reported on a page, in Wikipedia, contributers are encouraged to maintain a neutral perspective, and ensure the opinions of every involved party is included. However, I am trying to determine whether or not opinions are deemed acceptable, when expressed on a talk page. I also am contimplating if a talk page's puropse is to rate and share advice to improve the overall article, or to discuss the issue/topic that the article is based upon. If you have any responses, please be sure to post them on my talk page.

Wikipedia As a Social Networking Service

Using my best judgement, I am assuming that the use of Wikipedia as a Social Networking service is discouraged by the administrators. I also assume that social disscutions should be restricted to a Users talk page. If you have a reply, please do not hesitate to post a comment on my talk page.

This also again regards my concept of a social networking page on Wikipedia
