'My Fofo' (referring to a .44 Magnum) is a popular diss track recorded by Fat Joe and aimed at 50 Cent on his album, All Or Nothing.

Fat Joe accuses 50 of taking steroids and being jealous of The Game (rapper). He also states that all of 50's G's ain't from 'South Side, Jamaica, Queens but the Boys in Blue, now i'm speaking the truth now we all see the bitch in you, follow me!'
