"...politically motivated to suppress palm oil..."

Comment moved here from Malaysia section. --Singkong2005 06:27, 5 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

The question then has to be answered by these so called environmentalists: What happened to all the natural forests in Europe, which there are practically none. This argument may be flawed in this respect else this criticism is politically motivated to suppress palm oil as a viable biofuel. Why not criticize the use of rapeseed oil in Europe? - (comment by 202.190.130.113)

To add to the above, why you are questioning Malaysia and Indonesia alone for environmental effect on forest burning for palm oil plantation and in turn the prospect of biodiesel in Malaysia and Indonesia. But you said in your article that Singapore will depend on the feedstock of palm oil from Malaysia and Indonesia too.

Estonia vs. Advertising

Dear Wiki-guardians,

I've noticed that the Father of Estonian Biodiesel seems to be rather keen to receive calls and contacts, so much so that he even included his phone number and contact details, and commercial information about his company. Maybe it wasn't him, I won't bother checking out who it really was, it isn't exactly to the point. What is more to the point is the fact that I feel this kind of information is inappropriate on a wiki page. It may not be against wiki rules, but I do not believe it is ethical to publish such information here. I request the section to be tagged as inappropriate, and edited to a form that is acceptable.
