History
Brooke Weston (formerly a City Technology College) was founded in by Hugh de Cappell Brooke and Simon Weston in 1990 as a local CTC. It is currently in the process of converting into a City Academy and by September 1, 2008 it will have officially transformed. The schools high position in league tables is largely due to a covert selection program both before and after a student joins the school.
