Gulab Mangal

Gulab Mangal is currently the Governor of Laghman Province in Afghanistan. Previously, he was the Governor of Paktika Province. He is slated to become the next governor of Helmand Province. He's been successful in uniting the government and the people of the provinces he's governed. He is said to be "one of the most accomplished governors to have served Afghanistan since 2001" [1]. He is Pashtun, and he was born in Paktika Provence.
