Jeremiah Dominguez is a 5'6" american basketball player from Salem, OR. He went to South Salem High School and currntly attends Portland State University, where he guided the Vikings to the NCAA tournament. Jeremiah was a star in High School, leading the Saxons to a state tournament birth as a sophmore. As a junior he was conference player of the year. As a senior in 2004, he was Oregon 4A State Player of the Year and led the Saxons to the state championship 54-43 over Redmond and Oregon standout Maarty Leunen. Dominguez scored 16 points in the final game. Dominguez spent the first two years of his college career at University of Portland before transferring to Portland St. where as a junior he averaged 14.2 points, 4.1 assists and nearly two steals. His best game came against Montana St. when he scored 28 points and had 5 steals in the win. He was named Big Sky Player of the year and guided PSU to the regular season and conference tournament title. The Vikings were a 16 seed in the Midwest region and lost to Kansas in the opening round. Dominguez scored 13 points and dished out 4 assists.
