Ōmi (青海町, Ōmi-machi) was a town located in Nishikubiki District, Niigata, Japan.

As of 2003, the town had an estimated population of 9,797 and a density of 75.87 persons per km². The total area was 129.13 km².

The town was merged into Itoigawa in March 19, 2005.
