This is a summary of 2007 in music in Romania. There were 14 songs that reached no. 1. The most succesful single of 2007 was Say It Right by Nelly Furtado, which spent 12 weeks at number one.

January

January 15

Reamonn remain atop for a sixth week. The rest of the top 5 is unchanged with exeption of the number five, where is climbing Shakira with her single Illegal. Also in it's 6th week in the chart Beyoncé's Irreplaceable makes it in the top ten at number 9. Gwen Stefani climbes from 66 to 28 with her Wind It Up and Nelly Furtado's "All Good Things" climse from 97 to 53, being named the "Highest Climber of the week". After a long time Girls Aloud are in the top 50, debuting at 42 with "I Think We're Alone Now".

January 22

Shakira climbes four places with her "Illegal" and peaks at number one. Reamonn falls at #2, Voltaj also falls at #3 with "Ştiu". Akon and Eminem makes in the top ten at #6, Beyoncé climbes at #8 and "I don't Need a Man" by Pussycat Dolls falls at #9 from #4 and Christina Aguilera's "Hurt" remains at #10. Fergie's Fergalicious climbes 49 places from #99 to #50.

January 29

Shakira remains for a second week at the top spot with her "Illegal", "Tonight" by Reamonn remains at #2, Akon climbes one place to number #5. Agulera's "Hurt" climbes at #6 and Pussycat Dolls replace Beyoncé from #8, "Irreplaceable" falling to #9. In it's third week Wait a Minute by Pussycat Dolls climbes twenty-seven places from #63 to #36.

February

05 February

Shakira remains at #1 but has a serious competition from Akon's "Smack That", which climbes to #2. Reamonn falls at #3 and Beyoncé's "Irreplaceable" climbes to a new peak, at #4. Pussycat Dolls' "I don't Need a Man" climbes slow but sure, to #7 and Christina Aguilera falls four places with "Hurt". "All Good Things" by Nelly Furtado climbes to #14 in it's 7th week. The "Highest Climber of the week" is Jamelia's Beware of the Dog, wich climbes from #79 to #31. Nelly Furtado's Te Busque falls fourty-three places to #91.

12 February

Akon scores his first ever no. #1 in Romania, with "Smack That", Shakira's Illegal falls at #2 and Beyoncé remains to #4. Nelly Furtado's "All Good Things" climbes at #9. "Wait a Minute" climbes twenty places from #39 to #19. Corina's "Overdrive" climbes thirty-nine places from #85 to #46.

19 February

Shakira and Akon swich places, and the rest of the top five remains unchanged. "All Good Things" by Nelly Furtado climbes to a new peak, at #6. After a long time, "I don't Need a Man" by Pussycat Dolls falls from top ten, but "Wait a Minute" climbes to #14. "I Think we're Alone now" by Girls Aloud climbes to #34, becoming girls most succesfulsingle in Romania, only after "Sound of The Underground". Gwen Stefani climbes thirty-eight places with her "The Sweet Escape" from #86 to #48.
