Hi! I've posted this here as I didn't want anything to get lost in the talk-page clutter! I've now finished going over the article in a 'first-pass' copyedit, and although I've mentioned a few questions on its talk page, I think, from what Awadewit's suggested in her GA review, that perhaps we ought to work on removing duplication and getting the sections sorted next. We can then go over the prose once more. Any thoughts? (also copied this to Bessiec's page) EyeSerenetalk 14:19, 2 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hello~~My group and I will get to work immediately. We'll dispose of any repetition and irrelevance. Thank you so much so far! We'll get a move on!
That sounds very enthusiastic ;) I'll have a go too at grouping stuff together, and hopefully between us we can it through GA! All the best, EyeSerenetalk 16:06, 2 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Problem with Facundo

Hi. You'll see that there's a problem with your article. If you do not understand this, you need to come see me ASAP. This needs to be fixed, and there's not much time. --jbmurray (talk|contribs) 01:08, 8 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Facundo

Hi -- if you and your team are still interested in getting the article to GA, I would be happy to do what I can to help. It looks like the other articles I've been involved with don't need much attention at the moment, so I'd be glad to see what I can do. I'll have a go at copyediting it, and see if I can offer any advice or questions on the talk page. If you have any questions just ask on the article talk page or my talk page. Mike Christie (talk) 02:37, 9 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you so much. That'll certainly help us! our confidence is a bit shaken and well honestly I find wikipedia quite intimidating at the moment. But we'll work hard. Again, thank you ^^--Mjlee27 (talk) 06:50, 9 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
My group and I had added background and synopsis. I was wondering if it's possible to have it copy edited ( if it's not too much trouble) thank you so much. Your help is greatly appreciated!--Mjlee27 (talk) 08:20, 9 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I will have a look at it today, most likely this evening. I understand about confidence being shattered, but I want to let you know that the material in the article now is high quality and if we can fill the other sections out again with work of the same standard you've already done, I think GA should be quite easy to achieve. I'd suggest you think of this incident as like getting a speeding ticket (and I've had tickets when I hadn't noticed I was speeding: I don't even feel guilty about those). Anyway, I'm glad your team is still going to work on it, and I hope your confidence recovers quickly: you're all doing good work. Mike Christie (talk) 11:17, 9 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Just to echo what Mike has said, it's been a real pleasure working with such enthusiastic and willing editors as your team, and I'd hate to think this hiccup has put you off. That's one of the strengths of Wikipedia - when we make editing mistakes on an article (and we all have!), we can just click the edit button again and fix them. I know it's disappointing and not what we were expecting, but we'll get there! EyeSerenetalk 19:25, 9 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you so much Mike and Eyeserene. Your kindness is beyond words. We couldn't have done it with your support and your years of experience. And I would like to apologize for causing this. Sorry. We'll do our best to repay wikipedia by working hard on this article ^^--Mjlee27 (talk) 19:36, 9 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I've said it before - no need to apologise, it's just a bump along the road, that's all. No big deal ;) EyeSerenetalk 20:44, 9 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Final pre-GA update for Facundo

Mike and I agree that your article is looking in good shape - thank you so much for all the work you've put in! I've created a new "to-do" list from the various posts on the talk page, which you can find here. The items in this list are the only remaining issues we could find, and there's not really much there... looks like the end is finally in sight now! EyeSerenetalk 16:06, 13 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Oh my EyeSerene, don't thank us. We didn't do much. It is you and Mike who deserve the applause. We just got the puzzle pieces and you and Mike were the one to turn it into something... We couldn't have done it without you. Thank you so much. We'll continue to work hard!--Mjlee27 (talk) 16:16, 13 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
