CRUDE versions of marxism? From the standpoint of historical materialism, the development literature should indeed be determined by material and social conditions. I believe that most marxists, also those who reject the vulgar marxism and materialism of plekhanov and lenin would agree with that. /Anonymous

First sentence

Is it just me, or is that the most poorly worded opening sentence ever? That 'how' needs removing, or a second clause with a verb needs adding. 129.12.200.49 (talk) 15:13, 17 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
