The webmaster has to do a round of promotion for his website in order to get more hits.

Sayhey is important from a pop culture point of view - it's a form of media that is actively used by many thousands of people around the world, some of them opinion-formers. It has it's own subculture and it influences other media. It therefore warrants a serious examination and discussion on Wiki. Let's try to keep it that way.
