Georgia Elizabeth Moffett (born December 25, 1984 in West London) is an English actress and the daughter of actors Peter Davison (born as Peter Moffet) and Sandra Dickinson.

Career

A former pupil of St Edward's School in Oxford, she has performed alongside her father in Red Dawn, a Doctor Who audio drama from Big Finish Productions. She has also had roles in many other television dramas, including Peak Practice, Like Father Like Son and The Bill.

Moffett reportedly auditioned for the part of the Ninth Doctor's companion Rose Tyler in the 2005 BBC revival of Doctor Who, although the role eventually went to Billie Piper. She also played Alice Harding in the ITV1 drama Where the Heart Is for two series in 2004 and 2005, and starred in the comedy-drama, Bonkers, as Debbie Hooper in 2007. Most recently, she appeared alongside her father in the BBC sitcom, Fear, Stress & Anger. In April 2008, she appeared as Officer Penny Bishop in the BBC sitcom My Family.

She is set to guest as Jenny[1] in The Doctor's Daughter, the sixth episode of the 2008 series of Doctor Who.

Personal life

Moffett gave birth to her son Ty in March 2002, at the age of 17. She later had a relationship with her Where the Heart Is co-star, Adam Paul Harvey, which ended in 2006.
