Bi-Coastal pop album by Australian singer-songwriter [[Peter Allen] is Allen's most succesful album and the closest thing he came to being a pop star. Produced by [David Foster] who also wrote many of the songs it included the hit "Fly Away" originally by Japanese artist [Mariya Takeuchi] and was co-written by Foster and #REDIRECT [Carole Bayer Sager]. The title tune co-written by Foster and [Tom Keane] is said to be about Allen's sexuality but it was basically about the fact that he divided his time between the two coasts. www.milesagoau.allen. "Fly Away" peaked at #55 on the #REDIRECT [[Billboard 200] charts and was his only North American hit as a singer.
