Introduction
Construction Law is a monthly English-language journal providing news and practical advice relating to the construction industry. The journal is unique in being the only subscription journal written specifically for the non-legal professional involved in contractual and other legal matters in the industry.
High-quality articles, written by leading specialist lawyers, academics, insurance and health and safety specialists, allow its readers to keep abreast of the latest legal developments related to construction.
Features
Construction Law offers six main feature length analysis articles per issue, written by leading construction lawyers, barristers and academics, as well as insurance and health and safety specialists. In addition, other regular analytical sections keep subscribers abreast of developments in adjudication, industry standard contract forms, key decisions from the courts, alternative forms of dispute resolution, and forthcoming legislation.
The articles ensure that readers of the journal are kept abreast of new legal developments related to construction such as new contract forms, key rulings from the Technology and Construction Court as well as the results of appeals. All major adjudication related developments are closely tracked. A special feature each month keeps subscribers up to date with explanations of the significance of the most important court decisions.
The journal also includes the following regular sections:

History
The journal was originally published by Construction Legal Press Ltd in April 1990. Eclipse Group Ltd then acquired the journal in 1991. It was sold to Butterworths Tolley in 2002 and through a series of mergers it became part of LexisNexis.
