Hello, I am General Mannino, I hope to be the very first Space Marine to engage in combat against an alien threat like in Starship Troopers!

Internal Wikis

general,

you can't use internal wikis in the manner that you did. If you have wikis in the prose of the article they should not be used as references or just haning out there. No internal wikis should be used as references. And "See also"'s must be very revlevent, but not needed if in the prose.

my best advice to you is to read up on references in the wiki help section. read a little now, save a bigger headache later. where's my water bowl? HoundDog23 (talk) 05:59, 23 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

manni o man, you are confused as to what an "inline" citation is. you need to read the help section and learn what "inline" truely means.[1]

hd.....kibble! i need kibble

el Generalisimo,

internal wikis can not be used as references, period. if you use article "a" as a reference for article "b", but you yourself added the information for article "a" in the first place, that is 1) not verifiable and 2) original research. so just don't do it.

external links need to directly, i repeat directly about the article in question. they can be ambigus and kind of releated. if there is a company called Fiat, then the external link www.fiat.com is good. but www.italiancars.com may not, while www.italiancars.com/fiat may. capice?

reference properly, inline, if you say that: George Carlin died June 23, 2008.

Then cite it inline:

George Carlin died June 23, 2008.[2]

get it?
