Svein Aaser (born 1946) is the current CEO of DnB NOR, the largest financial group in Norway. Aaser has held this position since 1998. Prior to this he was, among others, CEO of Hafslund Nycomed, deputy CEO of Nycomed Amersham and president of NHO - Confederation of Norwegian Business and Industry. He holds a siviløkonom degree from NHH.
