Andrew Gilligan is a journalist for the BBC, and was the reporter involved in the story of weapons expert David Kelly and claims by prime minister Tony Blair's government about weapons of mass destruction. After Kelly was found dead of apparent suicide, the Hutton Inquiry was launched to investigate the role of BBC and the government in his death.
