The Brighton Port Authority
The BPA or "Brighton Port Authority" is the name for a collaboration between musicians Fatboy Slim and David Byrne.[1]
They debuted in 2008 with their song "Toe Jam", along with a video featuring nude dancers with censor bars on them, making pictures and words with them.
