Cob may refer to:

  • Cob (building), a building material consisting of clay, sand and straw
  • a type of paddle, in full cobbing-board; also as a verb, cob(bing) meaning spank(ing)
  • Any Horse of a small or short-legged, stout variety, such as the Welsh cob. See also Cob (horse)
  • An adult male swan
  • The nut of the Hazel tree
  • A bird of the gull family (Laridae)
  • Maize, as in corn on the cob
