The range of Triops canciformis


Triops cancriformis, T. cancriformis or Horseshoe crab (hence it's species name being canciformis eg. Cancer as in Crab genus) is an endangered species of Notostraca found in Europe, the species is considered endangered in the United Kingdom and in many other European countries [[1]], in captivity they commonly grow up to 6cm however in the wild they can achieve sizes of 11cm [[2]].
