Bold textI am looking for my missing 28 year old son last seen in Philadelphia. How do I get help with this? How do I report him missing?

To report someone missing, please contact the police or sheriff's department where your son was last seen. They may have had contact with him. (I'm not removing this in the hopes that whoever left this message - assuming it's legitimate - gets it. If so, they should remove it once they read it.) Edits

I (hopefully) made an article lead which is accessible to a wide range of readers, and I also attempted to place the III in context so someone who is not familiar with criminal justice could better appreciate its significance. This included quite a few links to other articles in Wikipedia. Ometecuhtli2001 (talk) 20:27, 31 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The previous content became redundant after my edits so I moved the references to the "see also" section. Ometecuhtli2001 (talk) 20:27, 31 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Future plans

There is considerable documentation on the use of the III for non-criminal purposes, including the National Crime Prevention and Privacy Compact. A section on this topic should be added (I can't now due to lack of time). Ometecuhtli2001 (talk) 20:27, 31 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
