T. Scott Muschany
T. Scott Muschany, (born April 15, 1966) is a Republican, who was elected in 2004 to represent the 87th District in the Missouri House of Representatives. Muscany lives in St. Louis with his wife, Harriet and their two sons, Theodore and Hayes.
On Tuesday, May 20, 2008, Muschany took his name off of the ballot for reelection to a third term. On August 6, 2008, Muschany was indicted by a Cole County grand jury for the sexual assault of a fourteen year old girl in an incident that took place on May 17th, 2008.
