Chakir Chelbat
Chakir Chelbat is a Sweedish Taekwondo referee, most notable for being assaulted during the 2008 Beijing Olympics by Cuba's former Olympic champion Angel Matos. Matos received a lifetime ban from Taekwondo, along with his coach.[1]
