Online identity management is not the common term. Online reputation management is the common vernacular.

You ignore common acceptance that Online Reputation Management is the correct term, because OIM is supposedly for individuals only. Then, you redirect Online Reputation Management to Online Identity Management. How does that work? Someone needs to put their ego aside and change this to the correct terminology. - Andy Beal
