The Kluger Agency is a California Based Entertainment Advertising Firm known for product placement within the music industry. They represent both The Artist (record label) and The Big Brand (Advertiser) to establish strategic partnerships by means of marketing new products in music videos and songs.

Controvery has been a burden on the product placement since it was introduced. For the Kluger agency, Debate began when a member of the Agencys staff accidentally approached an Anti-Advertising Blog under the assumption they were a growing apparel brand. Wired.Com covered the story, although it was later revealed by more notable sources that most of the article was fabricated by the Anti-Advertising Bloggers/Editors with hopes to promote their website(s).
