The Pitts is an upcoming animated cartoon scheduled to air on FOX in 2008. It is a revival of the 2003 live action series The Pitts, which also aired on FOX.
On October 10, 2007, Fox announced an animated version of the original show is in development.[1]
On March 8, 2008, It was announced that Dylan Baker and Lizzy Caplan, two of the actors from the original cast who played Bob and Faith Pitt, have been signed on to reprise their roles. The character of the Liz Pitt, originally played by Kellie Waymire, will be voiced by Allison Janney since Waymire died in late 2003. Andy Milonakis will voice Petey Pitt.[2]
