Midway City

Midway City is one of many fictional cities in the DC Universe, the shared universe of comic book titles published by DC Comics. Midway is always shown to be a midwestern city probably based on the real world city of Chicago, Illinois. (It is not Chicago, as Chicago also exists in the DCU)

Midway City is most famous for once being the home of the superhero couple, Hawkman and Hawkgirl. Hawkman (Carter Hall) used to the curator of the Midway City Museum but he now resides in St. Roch, Louisiana.

Midway City was also the home of the strange superhero group, The Doom Patrol.
