T-Mobile Center
The Sprint Center is an arena being built in Kansas City, Missouri, USA, at 14th Street and Grand Avenue. It is scheduled for completion in mid or late 2007 and is estimated to seat around 18-22 thousand people.
Groundbreaking was held on June 24, 2005 and construction is in progress. A final design has been selected as of August 2005.
An arena football team is in the works, as well as discussions for NBA and NHL teams. The site will also be home to the National Collegiate Basketball Hall of Fame.
