Why is this article here? This is just another shareware iso image editor. Nothing special about it at all.

This article should be deleted.

According to that logic almost all of the articles linked on List_of_CD/DVD_burning_software should be deleted.

I noticed this article was marked for deletion due to not being notable? I found it via a search for information on the .isz format, and this article explained it pretty well. If you do decide to delete this, could you make an actual page for .isz format, as there is no page for it now. 76.28.190.29 (talk) 04:24, 7 October 2008 (UTC) 04:24, 7 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The tagging isn't for deletion it's questioning if it meets the notability standard in the hope that someone will expand the article to note that it does so. The encyclopedia is much enriched if articles indicate why they meet the standard. Generally notability is non-trivial coverage in multiple reliable sources independant of the subject, the only reference at the moment is not independant of the product (It's from the company who writes the software), and is arguably trivial in relation to the software itself as it focuses on the file format, not on the product. Again if further reading via the references were available the encyclopedia would be much enriched. There are many things which someone may find useful but wikipedia isn't just a repositry of everything and anything, it's an encyclopedia. --82.7.39.174 (talk) 10:58, 12 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
