Wow! I was very impressed!

I have shopped at many jewelry locations and never before was I greeted with such enthusiasm! The sales people were very helpful and were very educated. I went in armed like you said, and came out with more information and a better feeling than anywhere I have been before. I will definetly go back. Plus, they have awesome cookies! Maybe you went in on an off day? I have been back three times since and they never forget my name and always have my ring worked on while I wait. I have never had better service!

Kail, I believe Tom Shane was born in Cleveland or somewhere else in Ohio, so maybe you're hearing a midwest accent?
